Detox, Cleanse, and Renew with Healthy U

With the holiday season now behind us, many of us may have overindulged and slept poorly. As a result, we marketed a variety of our detox products in January to help your bodies start the year feeling lighter and healthier. 

Our bodies tend to transmit toxic overloads in a variety of ways: 

  • Acne, eczema, flaky, and dry skin are examples of skin problems.
  • Bloating, acid reflux, constipation, or diarrhoea are examples of digestive issues.
  • Lethargy, mental fog, and exhaustion are all symptoms of chronic fatigue.
  • Gaining weight.
  • Insomnia and other sleep disorders

A detox may also be necessary if you are taking too many medications and causing drug toxicity in your body. We urge that you consult with your doctor before beginning any type of detox. 
      The advantages of a cleanse or detox are immense, and they are an excellent way to begin the new year: 
      Immune deficiency as a result of increased inflammation in the body

      Reduced inflammation aids in the development of immunity, as well as the resolution of digestive and skin issues. It also aids in better sleeping and performance during the day. Inflammation is the leading cause of disease and is readily avoided by regular detoxes and mindful nutrition.

      While our bodies have a natural way of draining out pollutants, we nevertheless recommend using detox pills as a safe way to kickstart the detox function that your body already has. This, together with a good diet and regular exercise, aids in the elimination of pollutants. Choose a well-balanced diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, organically sourced meat and eggs, and avoid processed foods entirely. 

      To achieve the best results, eliminate dairy and gluten items during your cleanse. Nuts and healthy fats like avocado, salmon, flaxseeds, pecans, and walnuts are extremely filling and easy to incorporate into your meal planning. Ideally, no alcohol or cigarettes should be consumed during your cleansing. 

      To truly feel the improvement, we recommend detoxifying for at least 10 days and up to one month. In terms of frequency, listen to your body and seek for the above-mentioned indicators. When you become more intuitive with your body, you will become more conscious of toxin buildup, and the more conscious you are, the more conscious you will become about what you put into your body. 

      When detoxifying, make sure to consume enough of water to aid in the removal of toxins. Herbal tea is also beneficial. We don't recommend drinking too many fruit juices because they might cause electrolyte imbalances and are heavy in sugar.
